How To Cure A Swollen Lymph Node In The Posterior Triangle Of The Neck?

my relative has a swollen lymph node in the posterior triangle of the neck. FNAS was done lot of blood with only alittle tissue could be recovered. and result came out as squamous cell carcinoma with secondary deposit . later CT scan , ENDOSCOPY, LARYNGOSCOPY WAS DONE AND FOUND OUT TO BE NORMAL CT SCAN REPORTED A DEGENERATION IN LYMPH NODE . later PET scam was done -- report-- supra clavicular lymph node D1 & D2 regions metabolocally active lytic lesions ? PAUCI CELLULAR SMEAR-- report--atypical cells . WHAT CAN IT BE . in what all cases we can find such results . please help me
