How To Cure Bad Stomach Cramps?

I have had bad stomach cramps since Friday very bad a night and they would wake me up I was constipated and yesterday got a laxative from the chemist , I thought I had a blockage as I couldn t poo yesterday a passed what I descried as wee nuggets this morning I have passed a big poo but the camps have not gone at all

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with an antispasmodic like dicyclomine.

You should eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also drink lots of water daily.

Further medical management can be planned after clinical evaluation.
