How To Cure Burning And Paining Sensation During Urination?

its been burning/hurting each time I urinate today I feel like I still have a little left when I'm thru but nothing comes out and that discomfort lingers for a while half an hour ago I urinated it hurt real badly and there was a little stone on the toilet paper
