hello,im a long time taxi driver about 20years ago in my taxi i got necklash from minor accident,and now i have a burning lower neck upper spine aching feeling also lump near shoulder blade that sends a nerve pain to arm like pins and needles.can you tell me please? thank you

u should get an mri done to find out whats wrong
physiotherapy n exercises should work
