How To Cure Child With Temp Of 101.9?

Hi my four year old daughter suddenly had temp 101.9 deg f...I checked her temp when I found her cheeks red...I put a cold wet cloth on her forehead and gave her duoflam to reduce the temperature...she is asleep but I find her heart beating faster...she does not have any other symptom like cold cough etc...

Antipyretics like paracetamols effective for only 3 to 4 hours ,\
It should be repeated 3 to 4 hours gap. Any fever even viral fever will take some time respond. please be patient.
