How To Cure Constipation?

my 2and half year old daughter cries a lot while passsing stool .She is so scraed that she do not pass stool frequently. She pass about 4-5 days and no stool. When she feels pressure , she tries to hold it rather pass it out. Evry 4-5 day we have to do the enema.

First, there should be an evaluation of thyroid status. Secondly, increase the fluid intake of the child.
