How To Cure Cough And Fever?

my son is not well, he is got cough so our doctor suggested him moxikind 375, sal mucolite & one more syrup & last to last he got fever for which doctor gave him laz, zifi 100 & one syrup. My son is 8 years old & is of apprx. 20 kgs. Can anybody suggest there is any repeatation of medicine ? What can I do to get him cured as early as possible?

Hi.. For just cough n cold there is no need to use antibiotics each time.. Use mucolyte n add one decongestant syp or tab to it.. Can give steam inhalation thrice a day... Thanks
