How To Cure Diarrhea Which Is Causing Nausea?

HAI WE ARE IN DUBAI AND MY SON AGED 6 YRS WAS HAVING FEVER FOR LAST 2 DAYS .The Doctor told that he is having some bacterial infection.Today the temparature has come down but since from yesterday he is having diarrhea.and even if he had water he is vomiting.yesderday he didn`t take anything but today he had two teaspoons of soup.even now he is having loosemotion but vomiting has stopped .but having nausea.should i give him domstal for that nausea?.The doctor has given some antibiotic to him for 7 days and i am proceeding with him
