Hi, 7 days ago i got the shits just after eating a big bag of bacon fries and some after 8 mints and a bottle of beer, the soup i had prior to that may have been cooked without cleaning the pan, the next 2 days i hardly slept and hardly eaten, i must've shat 25 times a day although it was mostly lime coloured liquid. I got many belly pains so i started to eat proper, they're mostly gone now but im shiting kind of semi-normal about 5 times a day. For the first 3 days i was incredibly weak, now i feel a bit better. Im not normally a great healthy eater, although i have a salad sandwich a day.

Eating Bacon fries, drinking beer and cooking without cleaning the cooking pan caused you intestinal infection giving diarrhea and pain in abdomen. Although you have improved it looks there is no complete relief. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get stool and blood tested. It is best to consult a Doctor to get a clinical evaluation, examination and proper dosages of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics. Take yogurt, bananas and activated charcoal. Take plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration. Take electrolyte solution. Boiled and cooled water and fresh homemade foods only.
