How To Cure Dizziness After An Injury?

My 8 year old daughter hit her head on the playgound last week. Two days later she started saying she was feeling dizzy every once in a while. I asked her to describe it and she said it was like the room was spinning. She has been having these spells for 4 days now. Should I get her checked out?

Hi.was the head injury followed by loss of consciousness? Was it associated with vomiting? See if the child is having dizzy sensation it is necessary to get her checked by a doctor and necessary investigation should be done.
