How To Cure Fissure Without Surgery?

i am suffering with fissure since past 10 months,this is started after my delivery and doctor has suggested me to use cremaffin plus and i am using this syrup since 6 months and as soon as i stop the syrup the problem is repeating..what should b done,i am afraid of surgery

Fissure-in-ano for 10 months means this is a chronic one.
Since you are afraid of surgery and cremaffin plus is helping you so well continue it.
Also try the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water twice daily.
Increase fiber contents in foods.
Stop the foods and beverages that cause constipation.
Control of stress and anxiety helps a lot.
If all these measures fail to give you cure you can get a small surgery of anal dilatation or internal sphincterotomy to get permanent relief.
If you had a baby just 10 months ago, why should you be afraid of such a small curative surgery.
