How To Cure Frequent Urination Along With UTI?

Hi, I did not have sex for 3 months (my boyfriend was away) and then we had sex and I had pee infection developed in less than 24 hours, needed to pee a lot and it hurt. I took some antibiotics but where I live no one can explain to me why does that happen. Why do you get that? It has happened to me before, and I have used protection! HELP. Thanks.

It can be urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted diseases. But as you have used protection Chance of STD less. To do further work up I suggest you following two investigation. Urine routine microscopic examination, urine culture. According to culture report antibiotic chosen rather than taking randomly. Provide me reports once done to comment further.
