Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Lower abdominal pain is usually caused by urinary tract infection (a bladder is in this location). However if the pain has appeared after frequent stools, this infection can be a complication of gastrointestinal infection.
With urinary tract infection she may have frequent urinating, burning while urinating, blood in the urine. Fever can be present.
Inguinal hernia or appendicitis (if the pain is in the right side and the symptoms are no longer than few days) should be also considered.

I suggest you to take her to the doctor. Blood work, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done. Please keep her well hydrated and start probiotic supplementation.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
