How To Cure Hairfall And Dandruff ?

Hi, I am having a hairfall problem since last 4 - 5 years. Initially I ignored it considering it to be an hereditary problem. Also hair fall was low earlier, but since last year my hair fall problem has multiplied by leaps and bounds. Also regular usage of Parachute hair fall therapy oil from last 4 - 5 years doesn t solved the problem. My hairs seem to be very thin and I already have lost much hair. My hair density is very less. I do have dandruff issues. I have tried few dandruff shampoos and the problem is not going off completely. Also my barber suggest me to have Hair Spa to reduce the problem, but I haven t taken that till date. Recently I visited a dermatologist and I was advised following: No Massage/Hair Oil Hair wash once a week (that too gently, any brand) ZYDIP - C as a substitute for Oil Tablet Lecze - MD once a day and Tablet Pri zod twice a day Could anyone of you please help me whether I should start these medicines, as I have read it somewhere that there is no cure for hair fall. Regards, Deepak

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, you seem to be having male pattern hair loss where there is gradual thinning of hair with reduction in hair density. It is usually seen in families as a genetic trait. It can worsen with increasing age.
You could benefit using 5% Minoxidil solution twice a day. You can also take oral supplements containing biotin, cysteine and methionine. Depending on the severity and grading, you may also benefit from oral finasteride tablets. This is a prescription medication and should be discussed with your dermatologist before starting.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
