How To Cure Hypothyroidism Completely?

Hello Doctor.I m dr. Vipul Pnwar my mother is suffering from hypothyroidism with TSH level at 680. I administerd her with thyroxine sodium 150 with pantaprazole DSR and calcium with d3 and Iron with vitamins.....she recovered a bit but not completely....what shall we do..?

The normal TSH level is 0.2 to 5.0 micro international units per ml. The maximum level is always mentioned as greater than 150 . It might be mistake for 6.80 or 68.0 . Kindly check it.
