How To Cure Infant S Severe Cough And Running Nose?

Hi Doctor, My daughter is 2 yrs old she has severe cough and running nose. She is not able to eat anything b coz of cough. If i force her she starts vomiting. Doctor has prescribed Kefpod, and Alex junior for her. I guess her chest is filled with congestion .Please help me

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
Your doctor has already prescribed antibiotic and Antihistaminic to your baby.
You may give steam inhalation twice daily and put some saline nasal drops in the nose.
Usually it subsides within 4-5 days.
Otherwise consult pediatrician to get proper diagnosis and treatment .
