How To Cure Lower Back Pain Radiating Towards Right Leg?

My MRI shows L2 L3 Diffuse disc bulge with super imposed broad based right foraminal disc protrusion with moderate bilateral facet arthropathy with facet effusions. Mild to moderate right neural foraminal stenosis. L4 L5 disc bulge with a superimposed right foraminal disc protrusion. Moderate bilateral facet arthropathyl L3 L4 disc blge with a superimposed broad based right foraminal disc protrusion with a right foraminal annnular tear. Moderate foraminal stenosis with protruded disc abutting the exiting L3 nerve root without impingement. I have had lower back pain for two years and radiating pain down my right leg. I have seen a neurosurgeon and had EMG showing no nerve damage. Neuro suggested spinal fusion and when he read results from EMG said no spinal fusion at present. I have had several spinal epidurals, RFA, pain blocks, physical therapy. I am at wits end nothing helps. I can t sit or stand for any length of time without terrible pain. Can you shed any light on this for me.
