How To Cure Menstrual Pain In Lower Portion Of Body?

Hi I am 30 Years old lady with no babby yet. Every month i face mensuration pain for long hours....at that time I feel little numbness at my lower portion of the body especially the pain is generated at the door of the vagina. Please suggest what should i do.. Waiting for your valuable suggestion.

You need pelvic scan to confirm endometriosis and laparoscopy to remove it.
check your DAY 2 FSH,LH,
PROLACTIN AND AMH ,THYROID HORMONE LEVEL.
tubal patency to be checked.
ovulation induction with follicular monitoring will help you to conceive.
