How To Cure Mild Edema More During Evenings?

for last months i am suffering from mild edema.in the morning its very less but in the evening its bit high .i am also taking blood pressure medicine .( Tazloc40 and biselect).i am physically very active and find no problem as such.two months back i had not taken BP medicine for couple of days and aslo suffered dehydration at the same time.after that this problem developed.kindly help regardsjk

As you mentioned that you are taking antihypertensive medicine from long time ,but 2 month back stopped it for a while . Now there is edema over body but more in the evening . You are taking telmisatan 40 mg ( tazloc) and bisoprolol ( biselect 5 mg most probably) .
The cause of concern is that in spite of these medicine you are having edema.
The edema may be due to .
1 Congestive heart failure , diagnosis can be confirmed by E C G & ECHOCARDIOGRAM .
2 Hypo proteineamia is another most common cause of such type of edema . Get in blood examination for protein level as well as urine examination for any protein ( albumin) .
3 Anemia is another such cause of edema all over body so get in blood for hemoglobin level.
Other causes are chronic renal failure , ureamia etc.
In my opinion consult a cardiologist and get his opinion.
