How To Cure Pain In Lower Right Side Of Back At Top Of Hip Bone?

I have pain in my lower right side of back right at the top of the hip bone. it started about 3 weeks ago after I used the row machine with about 120 lbs of weight. I usually don t use this machine in my work out. iam 61 yrs old 6ft and about 178 lbs.

greetings,
try using diclofenac gel with hot wet fomentation.
the technique: apply the gel/ointment over the area that is painingthen take a towel. dip it in hot water and put it over this area for as long as you can and is comfortable.
repeat this several times.
