Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* This seems in relation with fissure or hemorrhoid issue .

* Best guidelines for better outcome

- Manage to get soft , smooth bowel evacuations with plenty of liquids ,
high fiber diet and bulk forming laxatives .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each
3 times a day and additionally after passing stool )
- Local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly .
- Tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg 3 times a day after meals preferably with
antacids .

* Consult doctor later if pain persists .

Hope this will surely help to some extent .

Wishing you fine recovery .
