How To Cure Pain On The Right Side Below The Breast Bone?

My husband is hurting on the right side below the breast bone , his food does not go down he chocks and keeps throwing up the last week he has not been able to eat and has lost a lot of weight what does that sound like to you ? (We don t have insurance ) so he won t go to the hospital

Your husband needs urgent attention to find out the cause of obstruction leading to indigestion and weight loss.He may require barium meal/endoscopy to rule out any tumor.
Meanwhile give him semiliquid to liquid diet.
