Hi,
From history it seems that you chronic resistant type of urinary tract infection.
Go for urine test and urine culture to know the causative bacteria and antibiotic working against them.
After report go for specific antibiotic medicine course for long time.
Go for ultra sound of kidney to rule out any other problem in your kidneys.
Ok and take care.
