How To Cure Severe Abdominal Pain On The Left ?

I was having really bad lower abdominal pain on my left side for two days. It started when my boyfriend and i were having sex. Now the pain comes and goes instead of being constant. Also My nipples are also very sensitive just having a bra on hurts. What could be wrong with me.

Abdominal pain on left side after having sex with boy friend is may be due to some infection.whether you performed sex first time? with or without protection?also whether any associated symptoms are there ?
do usg of abdomen and pelvis.
consult gynecologist.
