How To Cure Severe Stomach Pain At The Center Of The Stomach?

Hi. I have considerable pain in my stomach area. The worst part to touch or press on is the right in the center, but pain carries almost to both outer sides. When I eat anything, I get a burning sensation plus increased pain. I do have some belching, stools are runny or soft the majority of time. No vomiting. When the pain or maybe strong spasms that last for quite awhile, I get weak and temperature rises for about a day. At this time, it has been happenning for a couple of weeks. Thank you. Barry

Hi welcome to HCM ..

Your provisional diagnosis : acute gastroenteritis or peptic ulcer ...

Take omeprazole capsule 20 mg on empty stomach before meal ...for two to four week ....

Avoid gastric irritants like .....
-excess tea, coffe
-spicy foods
-high fatty foods
-smoking
-non veg foods

Cooked oatmeal help in sooting stomach ...

Take ciprofloxacin broad spectrum antibiotic for five days ...

Simethicon tablet for gas can be taken ...

Fruit more ....

Avoid stress ....

If no improvement USG and stool examination needed for further work up ....

Discuss all these with gastroenterologist ...
