How To Cure Sharp Pain And Bruise Under Ribs?
Hi, im 22 yo male, and just recently ive come up with a sharp pain under my left ribs, it feels a bit like a bruise when touched but ive had no abdomenal injuries, but i do suffer from non specific lower back pain. i think the back pain is caused by slouching and i was just hopeing i could get some help with how to relieve the ache
