How To Cure Sharp Pains In Lower Ribs, during Swallowing And Headache?
Hi, Im 22 I used to play a lot of sports in high school but now i play basketball once or twice a week and ride my bike to work and do push ups. I recently have been having this pain in my lower ribs on what seems to be both sides, this is the second time in just under about a month ive experienced this pain but as time goes on the pain only worsens. It is a sharp pain constantly and tends to hurt worse when i drink any sort of liquid, swallow, and especially when i burp, im trying to find some sort of common ground between the two attacks i guess, and the only thing i can think of is a frozen pasta dinner. I recently started taking vitamins because i thought maybe it was a deficiency of some sort but im not exactly sure. on the first day the pain is fine and i have little trouble dealing with it. But as it continues it worsens and gives me headaches makes me feel nauseous and makes me really hot and cold. I have no health insurance so i am not trying to go to the doctor unless it is a serious matter.
