How To Cure Sharp Stomach Pain,headache And Diarrhea?

About a week ago i started getting really bad stomach pains, almost like sharp stabs.But i just got on with it. The next day they were still there but again i carried on. It was still there on Tuesday except now i had pounding head aches as well, and was collasping onto my bed, clutching my head in pain. After 5-10 minutes, it had mainly subsided and i tried to carry on. But i now have diarrhea to add to it and yesturday my stomach pains increased greatly and now i just feel like i am going to throw up all the time. I have had the chills several times, but also been really warm. Any ideas whats wrong?

Hello,

The given symptoms of abdomen pain, diarrhea, headache could be suggestive of viral infection although it is the self-limiting condition may not need any specific treatment, headache and abdomen pain can be managed with tablet Dicyclomine with Paracetamol, in case of diarrhea care need to be taken for dehydration, if the symptoms persist even after some days, then it may be due to some bacteria or protozoa infection then in this case condition can be managed with tablet Ciprofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in day for five days.
