How To Cure Stomach Pain Due To Gastro Intestinal Virus?
My 5 year old son has stomach pain, threw up three times last night and is very lethargic. He will not move unless asked a question or woken up. This is a completely different little boy. I've never seem him this tired. Doctor says it is a gastro intestinal virus. But the lethargy is worrying me.

The symptoms you are describing are concerning.
Your son is probably dehydrated - lost too much of body fluids - and will probably not be able to drink enough fluids by mouth because he is lethargic. You should take him to be seen by his doctor as soon as possible or take him to the nearest Emergency Room - he needs Intravenous fluids for re-hydration and evaluation/treatment of his underlying condition.
