How To Cure Swelling On The Head And Nose After Falling Down?

Ifell & hit my head on tile floor resulting with a deep cut on my forehead. It was "glued the ER but 4 days after my right rye is still swollen shut & left eyelid is swollen but able to see. , I also have a big bump around site of wound & bridge of my nose How do I reduce swelling & bruising

Hi...
You have lacerated wound and soft tissue injury and eccyymosis(swelling over theh eye lids).
since you do not have any head injury features and your vision s normal there nothing major to be worried about.
things to do-
Keep the wound clean and dry.
Watch for any pus discharge.
take antibiotics prescribed by our treating doctor.
Take take twice daily to reduce the swelling.
Cold compression can help.
i would suggest u to take serriopeptidase and leave the wound alone it will heal by itself.
