How To Cure Symptoms Like Sensitivity To Light And Heat,sore Ankles And Swelling?

I have sensitivity to light and heat, rapid heart beat, I over heat, lose 5kgs in one week, sore ankles and swelling. When I first get out of bed I feet and ankles are in pain. I can't sit still and my hair is falling out. I am 49 years old, and 174cms in height. I can't sleep at night because I can't keep still and my heart races and my heat pounds, sometimes I find it hard to swallow. kind regards Janet

If youare sensitive to light and heat, then try to avoid it. Get your general health check up. hemogram, ECG. to be done and reviewed. any abnormality detected should be treated. It appears you have anxiety which should be treated.
