How To Cure Two Little Lumps On Top Right Of Vagina?

- what does it mean when I have 2 little lumps on the top right and left on my vagina, the right a little bigger than my left and a big lump on the lower part of my vagina, kind of on the inside of my lips near my vagina hole . And they all hurt when I pur pressuse on them the lower lump hurts most . I'm feeling really weak every time I lay down and have to get up . Sometimes I have random nausea and lower and middle back pains . I've never had a head aches so I don't know how one feels but from time to time my head hurts . And I feel hot buh when I touch my fore head its not . And I've been constipated . I've noticed the lumps Saturday when my boyfriend pressed on the right side of my vagina , and I felt around and noticed the left one and the big lump when I was using the bathroom this morning can the lumps be caused by having rough sex a whole week straight ?
