I have had two episodes of urinary incontinence; one after getting out of bed in the morning and the other while I was sleeping. I had no sensation of needing to urinate; nor did I have any sensation that I had urinated once I had done so. My doctor ordered a MRI which ruled out a brain lesion. I'm now set to do a urodynamic test, but am wondering if this makes sense. I haven't even had a pelvic exam.
