How To Cure Urine Infection Which Is Causing Frequent Urination?

my 6 year old girl can t control her urine, she has had a urine infection but it doesn t seem to be the problem this time. She peed her pants at school and then again an hour later at home. So i don t think she realizes that she needs to go. what could be the problem if it isn t a UTI or diabetes?

it is best if you consult with your daughter's pediatrician. you could request for urinalysis to confirm the presence of a urinary tract infection. antibiotic treatment will be given accordingly.
