How To Cure Vomiting, Temp, Dry Cough Of Child?

my daughter is 3.10 years and has been off and on since Saturday afternoon with temperature of 37.1-37.6 and with a horrible dry cough that is all day all night with coughing intervals of 30 seconds. She has vomited 3 times in the last 24hrs very phlegmy, thick and sticky; very worried should I take her to the ER

The children now a days are suffering from acute brochitis causing intense in the night time which causes vomiting,hence give the child proper antibiotics with brochodialator which will control the intense cough so also vomiting
