m having trouble getting my cycle for some reason .. I can only get my period if I take birth controls ,, what can I do im not sexually active but I need to take them in order to get my cycle .. if there a way for my to get my period without taking birth control ???

Hi and sorry to hear about this.

I know no lady would be comfortable in such a situation. I will advice that you consult the doctors to make sure your hormones are all in good numbers and there is no other possible reason why you have this problem. Taking pills may mask an underlying hormonal dysfunction. Your OBGYN would need to get these numbers checked in a lab and may call on the expertise of an endocrinologist should he or she need further specialised care.
