sir many times i face problems like getting aggressive without any reason sometimes i feel depressed and run out of mind feeling helpless which brings aggression in me
sir please can you tell me how should i tackle that condition of aggression and depression

Aggression and depression could be a manifestation of depression and hence that needs to be treated. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a good option to get such behaviour treated. They are 20 min sessions of talk therapy which occur weekly.
