How To Deal With Lack Of Affection And Loneliness In An Adult?

Hi my name is delta and I have realised I have a odd condition where I am unable to feel love from anyone weather it from a parent or someone elce. I am a loner over the years I have begun to not like to be around people much and spend most of my time alone im not sure why this is happening or who to go to or what it is but if anyone can tell me what this is and if it can be cured that would be great.

Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Please go back in time and ask yourself. In past, were you able to love and have affection? This is critical. If yes, your problem could be related to depression or mood swings and anxiety or stress. Otherwise, it could be emotional deprivation disorder. Proper evaluation and assessment is required for treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
