Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I don't see any health condition named mixed taste buds. Your child could be having trouble identifying aroma and taste. Such a problem is usually normal at this age. Please don't worry. Your child may not like the nutritious food you provide because of its poor taste. You can mix the taste makers with the food and provide it to the child.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
