my Child is 3year 10months hold. when we call she will not response. if we say bring some article she will bring, she will not sit in one place. we took admission to school she is not responding her class teacher but she is singing nosily some songs. please advise.

I can understand your concern. She is just three so it will be premature to note her symptoms. But considering her behaviour like inability to sit still, inability to sit calm in class, singing continuously in class etc need proper evaluation. These symptoms can occur due to some attention deficit disorder. So take her to a psychiatrist for evaluation.

Medicines like attenterol or low dose risperidon can be used to calm down her and her behaviour can become acceptable. Please consult a psychiatrist for her.
