How To Deal With Sciatica Problem?

I have a sciatica problem. I have been treated by a sports medicine Dr. , acupuncture, chiropractor and have gone through a month of physical therapy. I have received a little relief, but now am suffering from foot drop and toes dragging. I need to find a Dr. that specializes in sciatica problems.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response

Hi
Thanks for writing your query
I am surprised after going through your description, you have visited the paramedical but not the one who may have delivered you the best treatment .Now you have developed foot drop.
My advice for you would be -
Visit an Orthopaedic surgeon/Neurosurgeon along with the MRI report of Lumbo sacral spine, to assess whether the pinched nerve can be managed by drugs or surgery is required.
Take care and wish you early recovery.
I shall be glad to answer any further query.
