How To Decrease The Pain Caused In The Bump On The Back?
Hi I sometimes get a bruised knot or sm bump on the back of my head left side about on inch above the ear. If I rub it I can feel the pain go to the front of my head and when it s there I tend to get migraines. Any idea what it is and how I can make the pain stop? I ve tried ice migraine and pain meds.

Hello,
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
