Welcome to Healthcare Magic

You seem to be having gastric problem as well. Take more soft, cool diet like yoghurt, butter milk. Thyroid medicine should be taken on empty stomach. You could be having hyper thyroidism due to over therapy from Thyroid medicine, kindly enclose your report as well. Hyperthyroidism can cause osteoporosis. You should do a DEXA scan or Bone density scan to confirm osteoporosis. Eat diet rich in calcium like fresh green leafy vegetables, milk, chicken, eggs, lean meat, pulses. Also take Calcium supplements as directed by Doctor. Most important is good calcium diet and graded muscle weight bearing exercise in gym which will be taught. Usually hypothyroidism needs hormone supplementation throughout life but make sure the thyroid levels are in normal range and not excess or less.

Hi,Priyaji,
Thanks for query,
You have to continue the treatment for thyroid, there is no option.
After thyroid is controlled ,dose can be reduced.
If you are over weight then reduce your weight,
