Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has urinary tract infection. He also has diabetes. So urinary tract infection is common in diabetes. Fever is due to infection. He should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. Then he should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. For fever he should take paracetamol.
He should also go for ultrasound abdomen to check the kidney stones.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
