How To Discontinue Weight Gainer Tablet As It Is Causing Headache?

Hello sir,
I m Rashmi, i've 30 yr's old. I used "Decdan 0.5 mg and Practin 4 mg " weight gainer tablets last 3 yr. Before use it my weight was 50 kg, and now it is 71 kg. when i want to stop/discontinue the tablets my weight is decrease. Sometimes i suffered headache pain. Plz tell me how can i stop the tablet and also tell its permanent solution.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty you have stopping this tablet. If this tablet for real caused weight gain through increase tissue mass, I a pretty confident that this would not be the case of immediate weight drop after stopping it. In all, it is simple to gain weight if it is necessary. Eat more, exercise less and you would gain weight. Stop the drug and focus on taking in more than you send out to address this.
