How To Easily Clear The Food Which Gets Suddenly Lodged Into The Throat?
I m male, 33, 6 1 , 14st 8lbs, in healthy condition. I ate some food yesterday and a piece on noodle (I think) has gotten lodged between my throat and my nose and I can t get it out. I ve tried blowing my nose, sneezing (with the aid of pepper!), gargling water, I ve tried sniffing it out aswell but nothing is working and I never slept last night because of it! What can I do to get it out? I m afraid it may be lodged there a while and start decaying thus making me ill. Please help!
Dear try It may even help to lie down flat on your back and try to drink the water as gravity is also introduced to help dislodge the stuck food. Repeat a few times if unsuccessful on the first go.avoid hot drinking.try adding some salt to the warm water you have been drinking before. Stir it into the water so that it dissolves and then gargle with it.
Try to eat something soft. This may be as simple as continuing to eat what you were eating before as the next food coming down the throat can help dislodge the stuck food.Another trick you can try is to cough it out with a controlled, vocal cough.still not dislodged you may need Heimlich manovour.
please if your feeling gaging and dyspnea consult your doctor immediately. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
take care
