Breast enlargement can be done surgically by putting in an implant made of Silicone or by fat grafting.Natural enlargement can take place after pregnanacy provided one is ready to wait till then.Exercise or pills and creams do not help

Hi.. As long as the breast is not hypoplastic and underdeveloped it should will not cause health problems.. But if you are worried of the looks, you may try pectoralis muscle strenghtening and firming exercises, breast enlarging creams.. If you are not happy with these, then surgical treatment and implants are definitely available..
