Hello,

Welcome to HCM.
To gain weight the basic requirement is to eat more calories through wholesome and high calorie foods. Normal hunger produces a desire to eat food. If you have a feeling of hunger but no desire to eat, it is possible that you have an inflammation / ulcer of the stomach or duodenum. It would be good to see a doctor and do the test for H.Pylori, a bacteria that produces these inflammations. Also check whether you have a malabsorption.
You may use practin in the meantime but be careful as practin can produce sedation. you should not drive or engage yourself in any dangerous activity after you take practin.
I am available if you have further queries.
