How To Gain Height?

sir i hav already sent.but no reply. any way again i asked you .I am 21 year old (male)my height is 156cm and weight is 52kg. My parents also same height .I want to increase my height .Is possible.if it possible tell me how to grow up. please give me any advice.

Final height is mainly determined by genetics or family.

At your age, unfortunately , it is not likely that you can grow any taller.

During childhood and adolescence, there is an area at the end of the bone called the epiphyseal plate that is involved in adding bone and thereby increasing length and height.
At the end of adolescence, this area changes and becomes the epiphyseal line and is unable to add any more bone.

Further growth is not possible after this point.
