How To Gain My Height?

Respected Dr. My name is Ubaid and i'm 18. Sir, my height is 5' 1" . I feel concious everytime about my height, i was born a weak baby with Chest Infection and infected blood.i dont think my short height is because of malnutrition. Sir, please suggest me any med or any way so that i could gain my height very fastly.I am normal, Handsome , and people call me Genius even some times Albert Einstein 2!

There are different factors that can affect final height but it is usually mainly determined by genetics or family.
The other factors that can affect height are diet, physical activity and the presence of any chronic illnesses or infections.

Increase in length and height occurs when new bone is added at the end of the long bones. This area is called the epiphyseal plate but by end of growing it becomes the epiphyseal line and no further growth is possible even with medication.
In most persons the maximum height is by 18 to 19 (in most persons earlier) it is very rare to continue growing beyond this time.

Unfortunately it is not likely that you may be able to grow beyond your present height. It is important to remember there is more to a person than their height.
